Rachael Chadwick-Harrison
Founder & Managing Director, Chadwick Accountants
She built a demanding business without giving up a full life. Now she wants a room full of women doing the same.
Rachael founded Chadwick Accountants in 2012 and has grown it from a one woman practice into a team of twelve, working with more than six hundred businesses across Warwickshire and beyond.
She knows exactly what it takes to build something serious while running a full life, because she has done it. That is why she is hosting this morning: to put brilliant women in one room and give them the honest conversations and support she wishes she had had earlier.
A Chartered Management Accountant by trade, Rachael is straight talking, practical and allergic to fluff. Expect a morning that is warm, useful and genuinely worth your time.
Six leading women. Announced one by one.
